We cook homemade apricot jam from selected ripe fruit, carefully chosen from our own orchard or local plantations around Brus.
It is cooked the traditional way, over a quiet fire with constant stirring, until the aroma and texture are right. Perfect on pancakes and cakes. No added preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.
