Returns and complaints

Please check the goods on receipt. If they are damaged you may refuse them.

If you notice damage after receipt, contact us within 24 hours. We will explain the complaint process, including the complaint form that comes with the goods.

If a defect appears within 14 days of receipt, you may return the goods without explanation.

Under the Consumer Protection Act you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. You only pay the return shipping. Goods must be returned in the original packaging.
