The consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, by sending the withdrawal form and returning the goods at their own cost (Articles 28 and 35 of the Consumer Protection Act).
If the product is defective, the consumer may file a complaint within two years of delivery under the seller’s legal conformity liability. If a warranty was given, a complaint may also be filed during the warranty period (Article 56).
The consumer may terminate the contract if the trader does not deliver on time and the delivery date was essential. After termination the trader must refund all paid amounts within three days (Article 48).
